         Certification of two schools of Directorate of Education.

Sir,

Quotations are invited for providing consultancy for obtaining ISO Certficication of two schools of the Directrorate of Education.  The rate so quoted should be in the prescribed performa attached with this letter and inclusive of all charges/Taxes.

The said quotation should reach the undersigned up to 25.10.05 at 01.00 P.M. and shall be opened on the same day at 4.00 P.M. in Room No.214 A-I of A.D.E.(Lit).

TENDER FOR PROVIDING CONSULTANCY FOR GETTING ISO 9001-2000 FOR TWO SCHOOLS OF DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Sealed tenders are invited from Delhi based reputed firms/establishments who are registered with Sales Tax Department, Delhi for providing consultancy for getting ISO Certification of Govt. schools of Directorate of Education during the financial year 2005-2006.

2. Rates should be inclusive of all taxes and other levy/levies imposed by the Govt.

3. The sealed envelop containing the tender documents shall be superscribed with the words ‘TENDER FOR ISO CERTIFICATION OF TWO SCHOOLS DURING 2005-2006 DUE ON 30.9.05.

4. Tenders received through post,parcel and courier service and received after the expiry of due date and time shall not be entertained.

5. The sealed tender box and sealed tenders shall be opened on 30.9.05 at 3.00 pm in Room No.16, Old Sectt., Delhi in the presence of tenderers who wish to participate in the tender opening process.

6. Conditional tender(s)shall not be accepted at all.

7. Under no circumstances the negotiations would be held with any tenderer except the lowest tenderer if this Directorate considers it necessary.

8. In case of any dispute, the matter should be referred to Arbitrator appointed by Secretary (Education) in accordance with Indian Arbitration Act and decision of the Arbitrator shall be binding on both the parties.  The court of Delhi/N.Delhi shall only have the jurisdiction on the same.

9. The Director of Education, Delhi reserves the right to accept/reject any or all the tender(s) without assigning any reason.
