Sir,
In continuation of this office letter of even no. 10.10.2005, inviting Quotations for providing consultancy for obtaining ISO Certification of two schools of the Directorate of Education, it is clarified that the rate so quoted, should be in the prescribed performa attached with this letter and inclusive of all charges/Taxes excluding certification charges.
The said quotation should be dropped in the Tender Box kept at Room No.229, Care-taking branch of Dte. of Education, Old Sectt., Delhi up to 7.11.05 at 01.00 P.M. and shall be opened on the same day at 4.00 P.M. in Room No.214 A-I of A.D.E.(Lit).

TENDER FOR PROVIDING CONSULTANCY FOR GETTING ISO 9001-2000 FOR TWO SCHOOLS OF DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Sealed tenders are invited from Delhi based reputed firms/establishments who are registered with Sales Tax Department/Service Tax Department of GNCT of Delhi for providing consultancy for getting ISO Certification of Govt. schools of Directorate of Education during the financial year 2005-2006.
2. Rates should be inclusive of all taxes and other levy/levies imposed by the Govt including conveyance charges, out of pocket expenses etc but excluding certification charges..
3. The tenderers should mention the certifying authority for ISO 9001-2000, proposed to be engaged for certification, including certification charges charged by the certifying authority.
4. The sealed envelope containing the tender documents shall be superscribed with the words ‘ TENDER FOR ISO CERTIFICATION OF TWO SCHOOLS DURING 2005-2006 DUE ON 7.11.05.
5. Tenders received through post,parcel and courier services after the expiry of due date and time shall not be entertained.
6. The sealed tender box and sealed tenders shall be opened on 7.11.05 at 4.00 pm in Room No.214 A-I, Old Sectt., Delhi in the presence of tenderers available/ present at that time.
7. Conditional tender(s)shall not be accepted at all.
8. Under no circumstances the negotiations would be held with any tenderer except the lowest tenderer if this Directorate considers it necessary, after due consideration of the tenderers/consultants expertise in terms of experience and previous projects of certifications handled.
9. In case of any dispute, the matter should be referred to Arbitrator appointed by Secretary (Education) in accordance with Indian Arbitration Act and decision of the Arbitrator shall be binding on both the parties. The court of Delhi/N.Delhi shall only have the jurisdiction on the same.
10. The Director of Education, Delhi reserves the right to accept/reject any or all the tender(s) without assigning any reason.
